We love to celebrate each and every team member, so we’d like to tell you a little bit about who they are.
It's truly a privilege for us to have such a fantastic group of people working for our family business and we hope you'll have the opportunity to experience their exceptional level of service.
Matt
Matt joined our Dad 22 years ago and opened our third store.
Leaving school Matt jumped straight in to the jewellery industry, working for Beaverbrooks as a Assistant Manager within just 2 years of joining the company.
After our Dad retired Matt has taken on the day to day running of the business, supporting it in all areas with the rest of our team.
Sarah
Many of you may recognise Sarah from when she managed our Cramlington store.
She has been extremely influential over the years in the most important task in our business - hand selecting our jewellery.
Multi-talented, when she's not in our stores, she works behind the scenes on her own bridal jewellery business:
Sarah Vuong Bridal Jewellery.
Chelsie
Chelsie joined our team just last year helping support our marketing and social media activity.
She is responsible for a lot of our online communications and competitions. She also works alongside Sarah working for her business.
She's a great asset to our business and comes out with some of our most creative ideas.
Arron
Arron has worked for our family business for
8 years.
Our dad actually poached Arron from his former job after being served by him in a restaurant and being amazed at his level of customer service!
We're grateful to have him on our team and he's a fantastic ambassador and leader.
Mark
Mark has worked for our family business for
15 years.
He uprooted from his hometown of Birmingham after qualifying as a Student of The Year at the Birmingham School of Jewellery.
He's a fantastically creative and skilled Goldsmith and the absolute backbone of our business.
Taylor
Taylor is our youngest team member and eldest daughter to Mark, our Designer Goldsmith.
She joins us every week on Saturdays to help out in our Morpeth store.
It's fantastic to have the next generation working in the business and we're so pleased to have her.
Kriselda
Krizzie (as she's known to us!) has worked in our business for 6 years.
She's a proud Filipina and joined us after a move up to the North East from her home in Banbury in Oxfordshire.
Krizzie is bubbly with a fantastic sense of humour. She is a great team leader in our Morpeth store.
Sheila
Sheila has worked in our business for
11 years.
Sheila has a wealth of experience in the jewellery industry spanning over a decade. She's also bilingual, speaking fluent Italian!
She has a great relationship with her customers and is loved by many!
Kirsty
Kirsty has worked for our business just over
1 year.
Kirsty joined us from her job at NEXT having moved from her hometown of North Shields to Cramlington.
She's really friendly and one of our newest team members who we're proud to have as part of our team.
Rachael
Rachael joined our team just last year.
She has an interest in jewellery manufacturing and since joining us has undertaken a course on stone setting.
Rachael has already made her very first commission piece and we're very excited to have her join our workshop team.
Christopher
Christopher has worked for our business just over
1 year.
He has travelled the world thanks to his 10 years' experience working in cabin crew.
Christopher works as part of our Morpeth team and offers a warm and friendly customer experience.
Tracey
Tracey has joined our Whitley Bay just this year.
She lived out in sunny Spain but has recently moved to the area. Tracey enjoys taking part in park runs and keeping fit.
Tracey is a fabulous and friendly member of our team!
