Ladies 18ct Yellow Gold Rolex Datejust Watch

Rolex introduced the Oyster Perpetual Datejust in 1945 to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary. The Datejust brought together two Rolex innovations from the prior two decades—the Oyster case and the Perpetual movement—and combined it with a date indication.

Presented here is a fabulous 18ct Yellow Gold Rolex 31mm Datejust from 1978. It comes complete with a champagne diamond dot dial, a fluted bezel and Acrylic crystal.

The watch features the Caliber 2035 movement and includes a non-quickset date feature at 3 o'clock.

The condition of the watch is excellent as it has been sympathetically restored. There will be occasional marks which are age-related but overall the watch does not appear 44 years old.

This watch comes in an original Rolex box with no original paperwork.
